ISO: Russian cookie - creamy center between two walnut-like cookies

This is a cookie I have purchased several times in Brooklyn, NY in a Russian bakery.

The cookie looks like a walnut. It is two shortbread like cookie halves that look like walnuts that are stuck together with a center of that is creamy with a milky flavor.

It looks like the cookies must be made or baked in a mold of some sort.

I'd love to try making them, but I don't even know what they are called.
