Recipe(tried): Creamy Baked Chocolate Cheesecake (using sweetened condensed milk, graham cracker crust)

FOR THE CRUST:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
FOR THE FILLING:
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 eggs
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
TO PREPARE THE FILLING:
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, press firmly on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan; set aside.
TO FILL AND BAKE:
In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk and melted chocolate until smooth. Add eggs and cornstarch; mix well. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool, then refrigerate. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 1 (9-inch) cheesecake, 6 servings
