ISO: Salami!

Misc.

We make our own sausage and summer sausage but I want to make some homemade Salami. I just made some home made Hamburger buns they sure turned out good.
I think I stay in the kitchen 90% of my day it's always something. Well if any one can help it will be appreciated. Thanks
