Misc.First of all, you must be sure to use the 5 lbs. of chicken wings and the chili sauce (12 ounces of liquid) & the 1/3 cup of lemon juice. Also, if you are using high, cook the 5 pounds for 2 hours & after that, be sure to check the crockpot every 1/2 hour. Perhaps you should finish your wings in LOW. Also, you can add a small amount of white wine or chicken stock if you see that your wings are too dry.
I personally use my crockpot in high most of the time, but after the first 2 hours I check it reasonably. If you reduce the amount of chicken you should reduce the cooking time.
