ISO: Samurai of Toyko Japanese Fried rice sauce

Misc.
I am looking for the recipe for the Brown sauce that Samurai of Tokyo uses on their Fried Rice and they also put it on the fish there. It is sooo good. I have moved and no longer get to eat there, and have not found any other Hibachi Japanese places that serve it.It is a place in Wichita Falls Tx , they cook at your table if that helps. It is a light brown and thin. Please if anyone knows what I am talking about and how to make it, I would be forever grateful!! Thank you
