ISO: Santa Fe Roast Turkey

I AM LOOKING FOR A SANTA FE ROAST TURKEY. IT HAD A RUB YOU PUT ON IT, AND I BELIEVE YOU BASTED IT WITH WINE AND ROATED IN THE OVEN A FRIEND OF MINE HAS SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW FOR IT. SHE FIRST HAD GOTTEN IT SOME YEARS AGO AND LOST IT.
