ISO: Sauerkraut
Misc.Please help.. I am making kraut for the first time. I have it in a plastic food grade bucket weighted down with a brine filled plastic bag. It is one week old. The bag broke or had a hole in it and most of the brine went into the kraut. What do I do now??
