ISO: Savory crepes and accompaniments

Misc.

I've never made crepes before, but I've decided to tackle them, maybe some sort of spinach and mushroom crepe, or something with chicken. Also, what do I serve with them? Or do they sit there on the plate all alone? I'm quite crepe-challenged!
