Recipe: Peach Pizzazz Smoothie (blender)

Beverages
PEACH PIZZAZZ SMOOTHIE

"We won't go on and on about how rich in beta-carotene, potassium, and vitamin C this smoothie is. Instead, we'll just say that it's as close as you can get to a fresh peach cobbler without turning on your oven. Serve it with a couple of ginger crisps and see for yourself."

1 cup low-fat peach yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat evaporated milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened chopped or sliced peaches
1/2 cup peach sorbet
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine the yogurt and evaporated milk in a blender. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Makes: about 2 1/2 cups, serves 2
