ISO: Seeds of Change Spicy Peanut Noodles

I just learned that Seeds of Change is discontinuing their frozen food line. I am seriously addicted to their Thai Spicy Peanut Noodles and would LOVE to be able to make them at home. Does anyone have a good copycat recipe for them?
