Recipe: Melon, Honey and Lime Smoothies

2/3 cup peeled, cubed honeydew melon
2 tablespoons honey
juice of 1/2 lime
6 mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
6 ice cubes
lime slices (for garnish)
Put the honeydew melon, honey, lime juice, 6 mint leaves, yogurt and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and garnish with lime slices and reserved mint leaves.
Makes 2 servings
