ISO: Seeking recipe for Mimi's Cafe Honey Bran Muffins

Misc.
I adore the Honey Bran Muffins at the chain restaurant Mimi's Cafe, and am looking for the recipe. These oversize moist muffins are served upside down, hot from the oven, and are drenched with honey. Thanks in advance.
