ISO: Seeking Recipe to use Sweet Dough

Misc.
I am looking for some type of recipe that would use a sweet dough as a base. I own a coffee House and have inadvertantly ended up with a case (40 loaves) of sweet dough (cranberry & orange). Don't have a clue what to do with it. Does anyone have a recipe which is easy and would be suitable for a coffee house situation. (Do not want a cinnamon bun type thing as I already do them) Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Monica
