ISO: Shrimp in blue cheese sauce

Several years ago in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL paper was a recipe for shrimp in blue cheese sauce that was placed in individual foil pockets, then baked in the oven. I made this while in Ft. Lauderdale and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, I didn't retain the formula and I would love to have it.
