ISO: Simple mooncake recipe needed for 2 yr olds to make

Misc.
I'm looking for a simple mooncake recipe that my daughter's 2 year old class can make together at school. I have simple round molds for them to use so wanted one that can be put in a mold. Also need one with no nuts. I'll cook them at home. They will just help mix and mold them.
