ISO: smothered chicharrones

Misc.
I recently tried a chicharrone burrito and I loved it. Since then I have been searching everywhere for a receipe. I know several great restaurants that serve them but since I love them so much it might be a bit cheaper if I learned to make them myself. Thank you.
