ISO: Sokolowski's Classic Meatloaf - still looking

Misc.
Hi... I made this meatloaf right after receiving the recipe... the flavor
was fine... but, the use of 2 cups of bread crumbs made it a bit on
the dry side.

Still searching for a moist and flavorful meatloaf.

Use the 80/20 mix (ground chuck); maybe it's too lean... any
hints or responses with recipes would be appreciated.
