ISO: Spinach Salad Dressing made with orange juice

I had a Spinach Salad Saturday night at Patti's Settlement in Grand Rivers, KY. The Dressing was excellent. It was a hot bacon dressing. I emailed them to see if I could get the recipe and they told me it was a secret, but they also told me that the main ingredient was orange juice. Do you know of any recipes for this dressing? Thanks.
