ISO: Sprouted Grain Bread

Misc.
I'm looking for a bread recipe that uses soaked or sprouted grain (i.e., wheat, rye, barley, etc.). I've heard of bakeries that make bread this way but, I've no idea what ingredient proportions to use. Can it be made without any flour at all? Appreciate any suggestions.
