ISO: Stained Glass Afghan

Misc.
I am looking for an afghan that is called Stained Glass. It is from a Leisure Arts booklet, and I made it several years ago. My daughter would like to have me make one for her, but guess what!!!! I lost the booklet when I moved several years ago. Does anyone have the pattern for this beautiful afghan. It is worked from side to side with a change of yarn color for each row. One row has a puffed look to it. The other row is mostly single crochets. Please does anyone have the pattern they would share with me. I'd love to surprise my daughter.
Thanks
