ISO: Strawberry Blintzes and Bar Cookie with Peanut Butter Icing

I am looking for two recipes. When I was 9 or 10 my mother found a recipe in a magazine for STRAWBERRY BLINTZES. (The magazine would have been published about 19 years ago) They were a crepe with a filling of strawberries and I think ricotta cheese. Lemon rind and yogurt were used as well. There was a separate sauce that went over the crepes.
The second recipe was a bar cookie. Really all I remember of it, was the peanut butter icing. Maybe the bar part was chocolate.
If you have a recipe that could be what I am looking for, post it, it will bring back a little taste of my childhood.
