Have you looked at all at the Mastercook software? I think it may just be exactly what you're looking for. It not only has a ton of recipes to start, but you can add in your own recipes as well. It's quite a versatile program -gives you the dietary breakdown of the recipe as well. If you really get into it, it'll even spit out grocery lists for you. If you go to their website (mastercook.com & click on sierra home software, cooking) you can purchase the software there or in a local store. It's also available as a Cooking Light or Betty Crocker version. Hope this helps!
