ISO: Strawberry Salad w/Romaine and Walnuts

Please help! I am looking for a lost recipe for Strawberry Salad made with Romaine, jack cheese, toasted walnuts, and sliced strawberries. The dressing had red wine vinager, dijon mustard, sugar, and olive oil. I cannot remember the rest. I really want to serve this dressing for Thanksgiving!!!!!
