ISO: Struffoli from Bon Appetit magazine

I'm in search of a Bon Appetit Magazine recipe for "Honey-coated Fritters with Candied Fruit", a Christmas dessert also known as "struffoli." I believe this recipe was part of an article called Neopolitan Christmas and appreared in a 2004 or 2003 issue of Bon Appetit.
Does anyone know the precise issue where it can be found? Neither the magazine's website nor a Google serach was able to find this recipe.
