KATHY'S POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons Splenda
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (If desired, stir in poppy seeds after dressing is blended.)
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
