ISO: Sub for Cavender Salt

Misc.
Hi, All
I am a displaced Texan who grew up eating 7 Seas Creamy Italian on everything, but especially dipping pizza in it. Pizza has not been the same for years! I was able to get one last case of 7 Seas CI on Amazon several years ago, but it was outdated and tasted flat. I have a couple questions/comments regarding Vickie's copycat recipe. The first question is what would be a good replacement for Cavender Salt? Can't find it here in Seattle. For those who are Texan/Oklahomans, do you think Jess Hall's Serendipity Salt would suffice with its mostly garlic salt base? Or how about Lowry's, which is a more celery salt-based? The other comment is a suggestion to anyone lucky enough to be living in the Weatherford/Mineral Wells area. There is a business on South Main in Weatherford called The Pizza Place. They serve a little cup of dressing with their pizza that is a 7 Seas Creamy Italian clone. In fact, I grew up thinking that's what it was. But, they are STILL serving it! So they must be getting it from a restaurant supply somewhere. (Yes, it has the little red specks in it.) So if someone could get a look in their fridge, or just boldly ask one of the employees what it is, we're back!!
