Recipe(tried): Grilled Ginger Fish
Misc.GRILLED GINGER FISH
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dry mustard
6 fish fillets
In a large zipper topped plastic bag, mix everything but the fish. Add fish to mix and refrigerate 4-8 hours before serving. Turn often if you are able.
WHEN READY TO COOK:
Heat grill to medium temperature. Grill fish until done, but not dry, basting with marinade frequently. Fish will flake easily with a fork when cooked.
