I attended the U of O between '91 and '95. Missed Cart de Frisco's sandwiches dearly ever since then. Overjoyed when I found this page. Finally got around to trying it out last week and the rough recipe is almost spot-on.

As for the person suggesting that garlic and other ingredients being missing, that is somewhat incorrect.

Hoisin sauce contains garlic. If anything is missing, I would say it's probably sweet chili sauce being brushed onto the chicken while it's on the grill for glazing.

So there you have it, get grilling and enjoy with your favorite beer!
