ISO: Suji Cake

Hi, I am looking for a recipe called Suji Cake it originates from Singapore/Malaysia area and has the ingredients ovalet and whiskey in its ingredients along with suji (semolina) it is a specialty cake from that area and tastes delicious
A friend does have the recipe but is only passed onto family members as tradition if anyone has one I would appreciate your sharing.
