ISO: Sweet and Spicy Snack Mix

Misc.

A former coworker brought a great low-fat snack mix to work a few times. I got the recipe from her, but I've moved twice since and can't find it anymore. I think it might have been from the cookbook series that includes Gone With the Fat. It had Golden Grahams cereal and Snackwell Cheese Crackers in it, along with other more "traditional" snack ingredients, like pretzels, that I can't quite remember. I believe the "spicy" part came from cayenne or chili powder. I remember this was a delicious snack!
