Recipe: Breakfast Pizza (using refrigerated crescent roll dough)

BREAKFAST PIZZA

1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen potato O'Brien, thawed
1 c. Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage until brown and drain fat. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Pres over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Seal perforations. Spoon on sausage, sprinkle with potatoes, top with cheese.

In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
