ISO: Sweet Potato Balls

Misc.

I recently saw (and then lost) a recipe for sweet potato balls. It used a marshmello that was then covered with mashed sweet potatos and then coated in a crumb mixture and baked. Has anyone made something like this. The recipe mentioned that kids would enjoy this one.
