ISO: T.G.I. Fridays quesadilla dipping sauce

Misc.
I once had quesadilla's at T.G.I. Friday's that came with a great dipping sauce. I love to make quesadillas at home, and would love to be able to duplicate that sauce for my family. I know it has avacado in it.
