Recipe: Double Decadent Muffins (using chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, walnuts, and pecans)

DOUBLE DECADENT MUFFINS

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray or grease muffin cups.

Combine margarine, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk. Add chips and nuts and blend with wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix just until moist. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool before removing muffins from pan.

Makes 12 muffins
