ISO: Tart using chocolate chips, caramels and nuts

I want to use up some leftover items to make a tart. I want to use a refrigerated pie crust, choc chips, hershey kisses , caramels and nuts. I just don't know what will work to do this. Maybe whipping cream, eggs, cream cheese or condensed milk. Any ideas. Prefer it not to be a refrigerated dessert.
