Thank you for the reply. That price is a little out of my budget for a book. Unfortunately, the family was contacted by someone else on here and has stopped reprinting. Up until a few years ago, you could contact the printer to obtain another copy. I don't even need the original book, a copy or copy of a copy from the Library of Congress or anywhere would be perfect.

There is a thread on this page from 2011, that holds this information. A few people on the thread were able to get copies. I'm hoping someone sees this and wants to share.
