ISO: Truffled Macaroni and Cheese - has anyone tried this recipe?

Just wondering if anyone has got a chance to try this recipe. I want to make it for Thanksgiving, but with all those truffles, and truffle oil I don't want to mess around, if you know what I mean$$$. Please let me know, thanks
