re: White Truffle Mac and Cheese - problem with recipe

Do not make the recipe for White Truffle Mac and Cheese posted on here, I wasted $70 for all of the ingredients, but someone messed with the recipe - the garlic was so strong not a single person could eat more than one shell and it took an hour and a half just to prepare it to bake - do not make this, keep searching for an accurate recipe!!

It was posted here as it appears on the FoodTV web site (click here), but they give this disclaimer there: "This recipe was provided by professional chefs and has been scaled down from a bulk recipe provided by a restaurant. The Food Network Kitchens chefs have not tested this recipe, in the proportions indicated, and therefore, we cannot make any representation as to the results." I think this must be one of those instances where something was lost in the translation. I made a note on the recipe regarding the problem.
