ISO: Smith and Wollensky Macaroni and Cheese

Thank you so much for your reply. Im still searching for the Smith & Wollensky recipe. The waitress said I could get it online, but so far no luck. I think they use the pretzel bread they serve in the restaurant crumbled and baked on top (no sure though), and she said it has about 4 cheeses.
