ISO: Tunnel of Lemon Bundt Cake

I tried the following recipe with no success. After baking, the Jello powder must've sunken to the bottom of the Bundt pan where it congealed. It then caused problems when I tried to get the cake out of the pan, not to mention there was no "tunnel" in the middle.

Any ideas as to what I did wrong, or where I can get a recipe that mimics the old Pillsbury Tunnel of Lemon cake?
