ISO: Tunnel of Lemon Bundt Cake

The recipe states to use 3-oz pkg of Lemon Jello to make tunnel in cake. Does this mean Lemon Jello "Pudding" or "Gelatin"? I think someone tried the jello and it sank to the bottom and then solidified. I am looking for a tunnel of lemon pudding recipe. Please clarify. Thanks.
