ISO: Weight ammounts for Welbuilt Bread Machine recipe

I have a Welbuilt Bread machine, and the bread never comes out right. Our products are sold in metrics, i.e. Yeast is in 50 gram pacckages. HOW MUCH YEAST DO I NEED FOR THE BASIC 2 CUP RECIPE? (tea spoon is not a measure here ...every single teaspoon I have is a different size)Same with table spoons....how much weight of sugar and butter does one need..PLEASE HELP!!! i have thrown away too many flat unrisen loaves.
