ISO: What is the name of this dessert?

Misc.
I had the privilege of trying a WONDERFUL dessert at a small wedding I attended a couple of years ago. I was unable to get the recipe from the person who made it, but got the name of the dessert. Now I can't remember what it was called, and am dying to find it! I will do my best to describe it...if ANYONE can help it would be greatly appreicated! Thanks in advance!

It was made in a casserole dish.
It was yellowish in color.
Sort of resembled Lemon Lizzies.
It was cut into squares.
It was VERY sweet (like condensed milk).
It had a pudding texture in the middle with a somewhat crunchy crust on top.

That is about all the information I can give!
Good luck with this one, and thanks to anyone who can help!
