ISO: White Apple cake recipe

I have been looking for a white cake recipe with diced apples in it.
Not the heavy apple cake recipes that are easy to come by, but a light
and fluffy white cake. It has to have some liquid in it besides oil,
and a normal cakes baking time, not 45-60 minutes like the heavier cakes.
