LINGUINE WITH OIL AND GARLIC
16 ounces Linguine, uncooked
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Cook and drain linguine.
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook and stir until lightly browned.
Place linguine in a large bowl. Toss with garlic and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
