ISO: White Sauce on Pasta House Manicotti - Did you ever find this recipe?

Hi Terry, we have been looking for that recipe as well. Sounds like we are in the same boat: the manicotti and red sauce are pretty simple to reproduce (they are pretty plain even), but its just not the same at all without the white sauce. If you ever did find it, I'd love to hear.
