ISO: yellow fin tuna recipes

Hey hows it going I was just on vacation with my family in puerto vallarta and I was doing some fishing and I actually caught a 300lb yellow fin tuna well i still have about 150lbs left in my freezer and I need new recipes I have been making sashimi and tuna steaks any suggestions would be great
