ISO: Your Favorite Baked Bean Recipe

My mom's assisted living home is having a baked bean cook-off just for fun. I told mom I would make beans for her to enter. I was wondering if you had a favorite baked bean recipe to share. I did a search on this site, but don't know which one to try! Thanks for your help!
