Recipe(tried): Tony Roma Ribs

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
I worked for Tony Romas for 5 years. Their recipe is quite easy.

1 rack of babyback ribs
Liquid smoke
Original Open Pit BBQ Sauce (or you can use Tony Romas Original sauce

Pour liquid smoke over ribs; let marinate at least 1/2 hour (the longer the better).

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake ribs for 1 1/4 hours.

Brush with BBQ sauce. Broil till bubbles, turn over and do the same to the other side.

That's all there is to it. enjoy
