ISO: Z Tejas Miso Glazed Salmon

I recently went to the Z Tejas restaurant in Las Vegas, NV where I tasted the most delicious grilled salmon with a miso glaze - so good in fact, I went back a couple days later & had it again!
Anyone out there have the recipe???
My tastebuds & tummy will thank you if you do!
